Property Posting Rules
- Post accurate property descriptions
- Provide genuine pricing information
- Include accurate property details
- Use current and representative photos (if applicable)
- Do not post properties you don't own or have authority to sell
- Properties expire after 30 days from posting
- Expired properties are hidden from public view
- You can renew expired properties for another 30 days
- Properties expired for more than 90 days are automatically deleted
Prohibited Content
- Fraudulent or scam listings
- Properties that don't exist
- Misleading or false information
- Illegal properties or activities
- Properties with legal disputes
- Duplicate listings of the same property
- Spam or excessive posting
- Harassment of other users
- Interfering with platform operations
- Using automated tools to scrape data
- Circumventing security measures
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions. Grounds for suspension include:
- Repeated violations of posting rules
- Fraudulent activities
- Harassment of other users
- Attempt to compromise platform security
- Violation of applicable laws
Disclaimer
Bhumi Ads acts as a classifieds platform and does not:
- Verify property ownership or authenticity
- Guarantee property availability or accuracy
- Participate in property transactions
- Provide legal or financial advice
- Act as a real estate agent or broker
Users are responsible for verifying property details and conducting due diligence before any transaction.
Liability
Bhumi Ads shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
- Losses from property transactions
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
- Platform unavailability or downtime
- Third-party service interruptions
Modifications
